As Senior Vice President of Intelligence Solutions Division, Thomas Kirchmaier leads a worldwide organization providing information technology (IT), system integration and mission support services to the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense command and control, and coalition partners. The Division offers design, integration, management, and sustainment of net-centric enterprise IT systems and cyber security solutions. ISD is also a leading provider of information infrastructure solutions including data center, cloud computing, and storage virtualization. Operations and sustainment services include network and security operation centers, life-cycle support, service desk and performance-based logistics.

With more than 25 years in the IT field, Mr. Kirchmaier was previously the Senior Vice President of Global Information Services providing network and IT solutions to commercial, public safety and international customers. Previous to that, Mr. Kirchmaier was the Vice President and General Manager of the General Dynamics Wireless division, focusing on large-scale engineering and deployment of wireless systems for commercial carrier and government LMR.

Before the General Dynamics acquisition in 1999, Mr. Kirchmaier was employed at GTE in a variety of senior management positions providing telecommunication and computer network solutions, including software and systems development. Early in his career he worked on a variety of computer development and integration projects as a systems engineer.

Mr. Kirchmaier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Cornell University, a Master's degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University, and also graduated from the Defense Acquisition University’s Federal Acquisition Management and Program Management School.
