Established in 2008 by General Dynamics Information Technology and its partners, the CIOC is a collaborative work environment that brings together partners from government, industry and academia to study existing challenges and emerging technologies and diagnose potential cause and effect environmental and situational occurrences.

The CIOC Team has delivered effective solutions across the spectrum of Network Operations (NetOps) and Command and Control (C2) requirements to include:

The CIOC enables General Dynamics to demonstrate integrated multiple vendor solutions within operational, converged technology environments. The company’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners invest hardware and software, and provide engineering, technical and training support to the General Dynamics CIOC Team. In studying solutions that integrate current capabilities with innovations from our OEM partners, General Dynamics can obtain, integrate and test leading-edge technologies at no cost or risk to our customers.
