The Quality Service Provider (QSP) Program is General Dynamics Information Technology's program for partnering with companies that provide technical services in specialized and diverse areas. QSPs compete to participate in the program, and serve as our providers of choice for all relevant subcontractor opportunities.
Businesses are selected for inclusion in the QSP program under a rigorous set of standards. Selection criteria include technical and management expertise, resources, financial viability measured against their own industry standards, and proven past performance. After a formal evaluation based on contract and project management performance areas, we create a “report card” which is used to determine future QSP program participation.
All QSPs must maintain high levels of service, performance, quality, ethical standards and cooperation to remain in the program.
At this time OSP, ISP, Voice Switch Engineering, implementation and O&M, and Data Network Engineering are included in the QSP Programs’ portfolio.
