About our Barbourville Program

GDIT is hiring Call Center Representatives and IT Help Desk professionals to help support our customers’ mission to protect the nation and make a difference.

These important roles involve problem solving, assisting others, communication, and contributing to the mission success.

  • CSR: A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required for these positions. In addition, you should have good customer service and computer skills.
  • IT Help Desk: AA or equivalent years of experience is required.  Also familiarity with MS Product Suite from technical side, and ideal candidates will have experience resolving technical problems
