GDIT has an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Technician-RADIO FSR in Djibouti AFRICA. Must have a current and active Secret clearance. This position requires someone with a current and active Secret clearance, and must be able to obtain a TS/SCI.
Must have Military Tactical Radio - HARRIS, THALES, SINCGRS experience and SATCOM experience.
As the selected Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
The Radio Electronics Technician Researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of C5ISR Communications Equipment and Systems and Platforms; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment to include but not limited to RADIO SET: AN/PRC-117G(V)4, RADIO SET: AN/PRC-148, RADIO SET: AN/PRC-150A(C), RADIO SET: AN/PRC-117F(V)2(C), RADIO SET: AN/VRC-104(V)5, RADIO SET: AN/VRC-104(V)6 150 WATT W/ PRC-150 HF RADIO MULTIBAND HANDHELD TACTICAL RADIO: (URBAN) RADIO SET: AN/PSC-5 RADIO SET: 117G, RT-1523E & RT-1523F SKL Programming
Must have experience on most Radios Installation Kits Platforms
Familiar with COMSEC
Familiar with SATCOM Satellite Systems
Prevented Maintenance Check Services (PMCS), Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customers organization.
Travel will be Require to Other Work Sites in HOA.
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety Shoes must be worn on work-site.
Employee is require to purchase the PPE and Safety Shoes.
Candidate is required to perform other additional duties and assignments in support the Contract.
Familiar with GCSS-Army Work Order process.

11 years of recent specialized experience

Salary, 30% Hardship, Daily Per Diem, and Compensation Bonus at the end of 12 months.
Working Hours 7 Days 12 Hours Day = Total 84 Hours per week.
