Identifying, coordinating, harvesting, and exposing data sources across multiple domains and classification levels for ingestion into DTRA mission IT capabilities; Collaborating with DTRA capability developers and capability data integrators at mission sites to enable customization of mission IT capability features and functionality to meet mission-partner requirements. 

Combines knowledge of mission partner analytical methods and DTRA mission IT capabilities to identify new or modified solutions. Facilitates adoption of DTRA capabilities in partner organizations and facilitates incorporation of mission partner data and expertise back into DTRA solution sets. Provides Mission IT support and serves as liaison to DTRA-OI mission partners including USG agencies, Combatant Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCS), and deployed units. This support includes: Identifying, coordinating, harvesting, and exposing relevant mission-partner data sources across multiple domains and classification levels for ingestion into DTRA mission IT capabilities; Gathering input and requirements for methodology development, tool modification, and tailored mission support; Providing on-site assistance, instruction, and education to partner-site personnel to enable use of DTRA capabilities; Collaborating with DTRA capability developers and analytic methodologists to enable customization of mission IT capability features and functionality to meet mission-partner requirements.

Identify new engineering tools and environments, technology, techniques, methodology, and software in order to enhance systems and operations. Develop M&S analytical reports to enhance tactical and strategic survivability and lethality decisions via quantitative and qualitative techniques. Utilize simulation tools to analyze system alternatives and develop recommendations in terms of mission effectiveness, vulnerability and cost. 

Leverages technical skills to prototype technical solutions that automate key parts of mission workflows. Develops analytic products that showcase how those technical solutions enable methodologies that mission partners can use to drive their missions towards success.  Works with software developers to improve the prototypes and enable them to scale to meet the needs and demand of the entire community.  Acts as product owners, triaging requirements, mocking up solutions, and working with the development teams to shape future efforts.  Conducts analytic exchanges throughout the community to demonstrate functionality and build partnerships. Delivers capabilities using three delivery models: 1) transactional response to individual request for support (RFS) (i.e., one-time responses to an RFS), 2) continuous support delivering multiple products and capabilities to on-going customer RFS, and 3) rapid prototyping to develop, test, authorize, and field quick-reaction capabilities.
