GDIT is seeking a DoD Program Analyst local to the National Capital Region to support the Defense Logistics Agency.

** This is a Hybrid work schedule - travel to the Springfield, VA office will be required once a week.**

The Program Analyst will:

  • Input, track and/or coordinate program updates in GDIT and gov’t systems that include onboarding, travel, personnel tracking, program deliverables, ticket/change tracking, reporting, data calls, meeting actions items, presentation development, etc.

  • Assist with change and asset management tracking and reporting

  • Interact with government customers, project managers and other team members.

  • Attend customer meetings, document minutes and tracks deliverables.

  • Coordinate development and conducts final proofreading reviews of deliverables and products. This includes preparing, validating, researching, and submitting program deliverables in all forms such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project.

  • Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.

  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

  • Participate in special projects and assignments as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience

  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft office products MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

  • Must have highly efficient organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Candidate must be local to the National Capital Region to attend local meetings as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio desired.

  • MS Project experience a plus

  • Previous experience with WAR reports, project schedule tracking and pivot tables.

  • Previous experience supporting DoD IT customers

  • Working technical knowledge
