We are currently seeking a unique individual with supply chain management skills to lead our warehouse operations for multiple customers spread geographically across the world. Responsibilities: • Responsible for overseeing and managing the companys overall supply chain, logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. • Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of supplies and services. • Continuously measure established metrics of all supply chain activities internal and external. Provide timely and accurate reports on the conditions of logistics processes. • Examine warehouse operations and recommend efficiencies to issue and the storage of customer owned property. • Responsible for conducting risk assessments on things like product lifecycle, supply trends, demand factors and at-risk product mitigation. • Improve warehouse operations using lean enterprise practices and share warehouse data to improve productivity, quality and customer service standards. • Review contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs house brokers, warehouse managers and related third-party logistics’ service providers. • Create, establish and manage standard operating procedures that promotes uniformity and management of assets across the enterprise. • Spearhead further development and implementation of effective growth strategies. • Collaborate with asset management /operational management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of assets, systems and processes to accommodate the rapid growth of objectives in the organization. • Assist with Software renewal through hardware validation checks. • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and systems for supply chain operations. • Teach, train and mentor logistics personnel on distribution and supply chain procedures. • Perform all additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications: • 5+ years total Logistics experience. • 3+ years of managerial experience. • BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience • Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. • Proven ability to work with a global workforce. • High level of Logistics and Risk management software knowledge. Understanding of Warehousing, Freight invoicing, Distribution Metrics, and different means of government and commercial carriers. • Strong written and verbal skills. • Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams. • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs. • Experience with ServiceNow • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Experience with change and configuration management. • Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs • ITIL Foundations v4 Certificate
