As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • The AA will maintain and schedule appointments for the Chief, Deputy Chief and the Facilities Manager of the office. This will also include managing a calendar for officers to book conference rooms for their principals and staff

  • The AA will serve as the office focal point for all administrative actions. The AA will open, sort and distribute incoming or outgoing mail. The AA will respond on a daily basis to their principals, other managers and staff on all administrative duties. They will also respond to counterparts and mission partners

  • The AA will participate in meetings where they will serve as a recorder, provide any type of administrative duty, track tasklngs and present findings to other group members. The AA will track and monitor administrative tasklngs and report their findings to their principals. In preparation of meetings, the AA will gather documents for meeting attendees which might require them to proofreading or editing

  • Whenever applicable, the AA will be required to produce documents or other reports in support of their principals and Facilities Manager



  • HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • This position has core hours of 9am- 3pm

  • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction

  • This position is on customer site
