**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**

Core hours 9am-4:30 pm. Candidate will have the authority to schedule on the calendar for leadership and will need to have high level of discretion. Responsible for reviewing documents to ensure proper grammar and spelling are used and utilizing written communication skills to edit comments and communications for the office. Responsible for coordinating travel; includes passports visas applications travel requests and cable correspondence. Completing travel vouchers. Maintain schedule of appointments for the principals, coordinate meetings and conference room schedules, arrange VTCs and prepare supported officers for attendance at meetings and events by providing copies of presentations and background information for review. Generate system accesses for the supported principles as well as maintain and update email groups, office rosters, and phone trees. Maintain and order office supplies. Submit trouble tickets for equipment repair.

Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

5-8 years of related administrative experience.
