Job Description

GDIT is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a large effort in Annapolis Junction, MD.

  • In the course of their duties the Business Process Analysts responsibilities and tasks will include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for moderately complex business process engagements

  • Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives

  • Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection

  • Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis

  • Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices


  • BA/BS plus 2 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • TS/SCI with polygraph

  • Must be able to work Shift: M-F 6am-2pm
