GDIT is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a large effort in Annapolis Junction, MD.
In the course of their duties the Business Process Analysts responsibilities and tasks will include (but not limited to) the following:
Provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for moderately complex business process engagements
Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection
Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis
Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices
BA/BS plus 2 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with polygraph
Must be able to work Shift: M-F 6am-2pm
