HOW A SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Supports the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
- Plan and coordinate training documentation for information technology capability.
- Design and develop classroom and on-site training for one or more application systems.
- Work across multiple technical and non-technical domains in a fast paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: BA/BS degree
- Required Experience: 6+ years
- Required Technical Skills:
- Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise IT training courses and prepares appropriate IT training.
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and/or computer based/computer aided training for uniquely developed organizational applications.
- Provide Tier I support and helpdesk support for information technology system.
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Have experience with meeting and scheduling small groups or one on one training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and identify application user-based issues.
- Provide Quality Assurance Testing for application releases.
- User and LDAP group management
- Location: On Customer Site, Herndon, VA
- US Citizenship Required
