Project Manager

GDIT is seeking a Project Manager in Columbia, MD for the DeskTop Services task order which provides Tier 2 & 3 maintenance and deployments.  The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of this ongoing project and serve as liaison between team members, management and the customer to include:

  • Review status of the project and prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of all tasks administratively and technically.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations (including schedules), monitoring and develops problem resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develops mechanism for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and to prioritize rapidly changing task assignments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in teams.
  • To qualify, you must have an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required startin

Required Education & Experience

  • High School/GED +12years’ experience OR Associates +10years’ experience OR Bachelors + 8 years’ experience OR Masters + 6 years’ experience OR Doctorate + 4 year experience
