A Junior Logistics Analyst will gather, compile, and analyze procurement, maintenance, distribution, and replacement materiel and personnel logistics data; identify trends, errors, and missing data.  Must be able to create alternate depictions of data to identify and highlight issues; summarize findings in summary reports. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

Areas of emphasis include:

  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Risk Management / Mitigation and Creative Problem-Solving Skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 0+ years of experience
