Responsible for coordinating with all necessary organizations to satisfy every VTC user request for multipoint, point-to-point, secure, and non-secure VTC conferences. Supervise the installation, operation and maintenance of endpoints including portable systems and software-based Cisco Movi/Jabber clients. Oversee maintenance actions including inspections, service contracts, and upgrades. Perform visual inspections and testing weekly and before every use. Support monthly communication checks. Review and validate log of all MACs performed to the VTC network. Ensure VTC system components meet all STIG requirements as set forth by DISA. Configuring dial plans and associated call policies in the VCS control and expressway servers. Provide user training for call planning, scheduling process, and system controls and operations.
