Job Description

Initial to Mid-Entry Level position to support Collaboration events (VTC, IPTV, and Administrative/Logistical missions and task).

Supports sections trouble ticket que In Service Now Application.

Direct efforts to support VTC capable conference rooms, IPTV and wall mounted displays, and offices capable of pushing desktop content to a wall mounted display.

Provide pre-conference testing and setup for video teleconferences and/or meetings.

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints.

Assist troubleshoot and repair hardware VTC Connectivity.

Assist in support of system integrity and connectivity test to ensure system availability.

Initial set-up for a scheduled Video Conferencing

Assist and support VTC administrative and logistical processes.

Understands the US military ranking structure and DOD General service ranking title.

Prepare and maintain documentation of all process associated with administration of Collaboration support.

Develop and maintain documentation of all accountability, and turn-in associated with Logistical of Collaboration process and support.

Physical set-up of venue (on-site, HQs or off-site venue) that include but not limited to seating arrangement, cameras, speakers and tables that meets the intent to promote the VTC mission.

Support administrative processing (on-site, HQs or off-site venue) for in-processing of conference events.

Provide administrative support for scheduling and inputs into signage boards.
