Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. 

Day to day fuctions include but not limited to supply chain management, vendor relationship management, data entry and analysis, spare equipment management, supporting procurement, finance, and property management functions. 


Other functions include, but not limited to:

  1. Respond to Change Management process (RFC, tickets, etc) and coordinate with vendors, operations, and change managers to completion (adds, removes, changes)
  2. Review and quality check incoming quotes from OEM vendors and resolve discrepancies
  3. Prepare monthly business, procurement, and equipment reports
  4. Collect, manage, and report End Of Service Life (EOSL) status to government customer?
  5. Participates in special projects as required.

BA/BS Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


5+ years of directly related experience supporting property management. 

Desire to exceed customer expectations, desire to advance in one's career, strong commitment to program goals and deliverables.

Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.

Experience with this client. 

Because of the sensitive nature of the work being done for this government client, all candidates must hold a TS/SCI and Polygraph.
