At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Project Integrator supporting the customer, you will be trusted to execute multi-faced programs that support dynamic mission sets. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Transforming user needs and processes into requirements for ongoing application development
  • Supporting the Sponsor’s finished intelligence, publication-production application environment, strengthening collaboration and partnership between the Sponsor, its software development partner, and end users throughout the community
  • Collaborating with end users, and eliciting and understanding their IT requirements for incorporation in the Sponsor’s environment
  • Understanding the Sponsor’s data flow to provide assistance and guidance to end users


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in and managing requirements in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA project management software
  • Demonstrated experience with user engagement and eliciting user requirements
  • Experience in creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation
  • Demonstrated experience with supporting flagship-level user application development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph


  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a dynamic team environment and with technical and non-technical officers
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and offering suggestions for concept development, systems specifications, technical exchange, requirements generation, metrics, and deployment decisions
  • Demonstrated experience with problem resolution to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems, including the ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and produce schedules
  • Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries
  • Demonstrated experience testing end-to-end requirements in applications for operational deployment
  • Demonstrated working level understanding of the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Demonstrated experience with submitting and managing access requests in the Sponsor’s system

Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs.

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Performs business development activities.

Participates in special projects as required.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.

May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.

May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
