GDIT is currently looking for RSC Site Lead/Maintenance Manager for Kuwait. Must have a current and active Secret clearance.

Candidate must have a US Army Maintenance Management background and able to provider Leadership and management IAW AR 750-1. Develops schedules to meet project requirements and determining resource requirements. Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions.  Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers. Provide cost estimates and manage a multi-million dollar budget with multiple Line of Accounting.

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs.
  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).
  • Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • Performs business development activities.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Provides guidance, supervision and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, Technicians and Logisticians.
  • Serves as a mentor.
  • Serves as a people manager responsible for Recruiting, Hiring, duty assignment, evaluations and annual merit increases)


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
  • Must have a current and active Secret Clearance
  • US Driving Permit required
  • Experienced Computer skills
  • Advanced Communication skills
  • PMP Certification is a plus
