HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily

  • Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking

  • Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email

  • Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence

As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Performing duties based on established SOPs and FAQs, but will also need to work with contract and staff team members to critically think through solutions for non-routine cases

  • Exercising judgement to determine the best course of action, and/or engage with leadership when necessary

  • Working in a team environment and be able to triage your own work and other team members work in the event other officers are out on leave

  • Assisting with data reviews, updating SOPs, and other written communications as needed

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
