Our work depends on a Database Analyst joining our team to support a US Government Agency customer in Fort Lee, VA.  The selected DBA can work remotely, anywhere in the CONUS United States.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Database Analyst supporting this federal government customer, you will be trusted member of a software engineering team focused on improving existing defense software.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Produces and maintains data management plans, data dictionaries, and database design documents.
  • Collaborates in an interdisciplinary environment with system and network engineers, software developers, and information security specialists to design and implement data management solutions that meet system requirements
  • Perform day to day database development efforts


  • Strong experience in Oracle, SQL databases
  • IAT II or above qualifying certification (most common is CompTIA Security+)
  • Years of experience required: 7+ years – Senior level, 3+ years - Mid level
  • Bachelors degree or higher

The likely salary range for this position is $75,599 - $126,250, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
