Candidate is a team lead position and 1 of 3-person team that will be responsible for delegating and distributing work to other team members, providing guidance, analyzing problems, providing recommendations to the Business Manager for resolution, implementing solution, and following up with customer as needed. The work is more performed behind the scene with limited customer facing to prevent work interruption and maximize productivity. Candidate must have professional verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate complex information to personnel of all levels across the Sponsor and external customers. Candidate must have the patience and skill to clearly define a problem at the level appropriate to the audience and provide the steps to resolve. The AA should have excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment and creativity to accomplish work objectives. This offices work schedule is flexible; however, arrival time should be no later than 0900 hours. (Core Hours 9:00-3:00). PICP is a busy environment, but little to no extended hours or weekend hours are required. The work does not require lifting of any amount of weight or standing on their feet for an extended period. There will be no travel required for this position.
