Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions. 

Monitor and respond to operating and error messages. 

May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices.

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. 

Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. 

Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. 

Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Education: High School or GED equivalent

Experience: 1+ years hands-on experience in an Information Technology environment. Customer Support and ServiceNow experience a plus.

Required:  DoDD 8570.01 IAT-II certification (e.g., Security + CE or equivalent), current Computing Environment (e.g., MD-100) certification
