As the Cybersecurity & Privacy Services Lead supporting NASA, you will provide technical leadership and oversight to lead geographically dispersed teams in the management and delivery of cybersecurity & privacy functional areas and services including:

Cyber Forensics and Incident Analysis
Cyber Threat Detection, Hunt and Analysis
Cyber Infrastructure Services
Training and Awareness
Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Support
Risk Management Framework (RMR) Services
Lead the technical leadership team in the development of policy, guidance, workforce training and compliance auditing for cybersecurity & privacy services across the Agency
Matrix the organization to efficiently operate services; ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance is in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards for assigned tasks
Ensure a logical, stepwise, and effective transition from cybersecurity managed by each center to cybersecurity managed holistically across the NASA enterprise
Develops and implements management practices to ensure consistent and effective delivery of enterprise cybersecurity and privacy services across the Agency
Lead technical and administrative staff, subordinate managers, and perform personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
Lead continuous innovation and technology improvement to improve delivery of enterprise cybersecurity services
Support NASA service owners, service element managers and other service leads in managing and delivering cybersecurity and privacy services consistent with NASA Office of Cybersecurity Services (OCSS) management practices
Ensures cross training of functional expertise
Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts
Provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving support
Utilize the OCSS-mandated solution(s) to create, records, track, communicate, and resolve service requests and service incidents
Assist NASA service owners in identifying appropriate service metrics, collecting measurement data and reporting service metrics according to OCSS requirements
Assist NASA service owners in providing timely and effective communications to service consumers and stakeholders, including but not limited to regarding service outages, updates, and enhancements
Provide requested data in support of conducting service performance management
Coordinate and manage the overall service provided to a customer end-to-end.
Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and internal service performance to foster continual improvement.
Manage the internal relationship with information technology (IT) process owners supporting the service, assisting with the definition and agreement of Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
Review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
One or more DoD 8570.01-M Cyber Certifications
Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams/activities in a geographically diverse, complex federal enterprise large organization
Knowledge of emergent IT technologies and industry trends and the impact on cybersecurity requirements and solutions
