Analyzes process and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams. Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.  Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated working knowledge of implementing standards and processes using industry best practices. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    Uses quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis

    Researches industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices

    Partners with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives

    May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

    May serve as a team or task lead

    Minimum Education Required:

    • BA/BS degree. 
    • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:  Six (6) years of related experience or four (4) years of related experience with an AA/AS degree.

    Minimum Experience Required:

    • Six (6) years of experience within a large and complex enterprise/corporate/federal environments.
    • Four (4) years’ of concurrent experience managing incidents to ensure they follow the approved ITIL process, customer SOPs and are properly followed to meet the service SLAs.
    • Four (4) years’ of concurrent experience with an ITSM (i.e. BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or Cherwell)
    • Experience with developing and running reports and tracking metrics
    • Experience with ITSM based services.
    • ITIL Foundation Certified (or achieve within six months of hiring).
