General Summary Receives Guidance from Exercise Planers II and III Conducts and supports coordination and planning with customer units for Collective Training Event Life Cycle Management
Principle Duties / Responsibilities Assist in the efforts in the coordination planning and development of all levels of Collective Training.
1. Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training. 2. Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs). 3. Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes and reserving classrooms. 4. Maintain Event Packages for events and track unit progression throughout the Planning, Preparation and Execution phases. 5. Updates Event Package documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance of deliverables. 6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. 7. Participates in special projects as required. 8. Operate Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment as required.
Skills Requirement 1. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs. 2. Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills. 3. MCIS proficiency required. 4. MSEL development experience preferred.
Education/Experience Requirement: AA/AS ,3+ Years experience
