The Contracts and Acquisition Management Office (CAMO) of GDIT is seeking an experienced contracts manager with advanced understanding of GSA Schedules and Federal large-scale IDIQ contract administration to serve as Senior Manager of Enterprise Contracts.
This role will lead a team of professionals responsible for developing proposals, negotiating and administering contract awards, ensuring compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, and leading contract audit and review activities. As a senior member of the CAMO Operations and Compliance team, this position will also be required to serve as leader and subject matter expert on various enterprise projects and initiatives.
Lead the contracts support activities for the development and proposals for IDIQs managed by GDIT’s Enterprise Contracts program office.
Lead pre-award negotiations and contract award, administration and close-out activities for IDIQ’s managed by GDIT’s Enterprise Contracts program office.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory requirements (including FAR, DFARS, GSA and other agency supplements), and customer reporting requirements.
Lead contract audit and review activities for IDIQs managed by GDIT’s Enterprise Contracts program office.
Develop and maintain constructive relationships with enterprise IDIQ customers and external auditors and reviewers, particularly GSA.
Lead M&A due diligence, integration and disposition activities as it relates to the Enterprise IDIQ portfolio.
As enterprise leader and subject matter expert, support the proposal and contract award activities of GDIT’s Division contracts teams for large-scale IDIQs.
Conduct periodic contract portfolio reviews with senior leadership.
Lead, coach and develop team of direct reports and serve as mentor and coach to others in the CAMO organization.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Professional certification (e. g., CPCM/CFCM) preferred.
10+ years of related experience in GSA contracting environment.
3+ years of experience leading teams.
Knowledge of contracting laws (FAR, DFARS, and GSAM), policies, and industry practices sufficient to provide guidance to the CAMO workforce.
Analytical skill sufficient to evaluate audit reports, regulations, and other relevant material as a basis for developing and implementing CAMO guidance.
Skill in oral communications sufficient to present recommendations to higher authority, to obtain compliance with policies from the CAMO workforce, and to represent CAMO on company-wide committees.
Skill in written communication sufficient to develop and publish CAMO policies and procedures.
Strategic thinker and trusted advisor to CAMO and company leadership.
Fosters and maintains internal customer intimacy.
Ability to mentor, develop, and lead training for others.
