This position would provide direct support within the Department Front Office Management Team. The team is comprised of 2 managers one based in OCONUS and the other in CONUS
The nature of the work within the MC and Department is both transactional and dynamic. The selected candidate will be assigned a stationary desk to conduct the daily required tasks. The selected candidate shall process, monitor and track all tasks as assigned
The selected candidate shall take a dynamic approach to completing tasks within the team and provide support to any actionable requests as needed
The selected candidate is expected to communicate concisely to all customer inquiries. Required Qualifications: Outstanding oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Excellent judgement and effective decision-making skills; Ability to make sound decisions in the absence of management Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels in a team environment Ability to prioritize, perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to effectively communicate project management requirements to personnel accountable for producing the product Collaborate and negotiate with personnel at all levels of the organization Flexible to meet demands of office Timely response to actions and requests via email, or other modes of communications
Desired Qualification Familiarization of Agency policies, procedures, organization
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The standard work day is Monday - Friday, 0600 - 1800, with no anticipated weekend or overtime work required
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction

The selected candidate is expected to work during a schedule that satisfies the core office hours of 9am to 3pm. The selected candidate may arrive no earlier than 7:30am to accommodate the core hours of operation
