Provide routine technical support in the management of software, hardware, configurations, and architectures
Troubleshoots Highpoint system software issues
Trains end users on the proper use of Highpoint software and other related tools.
Performs configuration of Highpoint and related tools and monitors systems performance notifications and warning to achieve optimum performance levels
Ensures workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions
Ensure data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations
Conducts basic hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
Ensures that performance and security of computers meet the needs of network users
May evaluate existing systems and assist with planning long-term strategies
Aware of Intelligence Community Standards that relate to Finished Intelligence Production and Dissemination
Must have 8570 certifications that would aid in executing some of the above items
High School Degree + 6 years of experience
Associate Degree + 4 years of experience
Bachelor Degree + 2 years of experience
Master Degree + 1 years of experience
PhD + 0 years of experience
8570 IAT II Certification
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
