Under general supervision, assists with personal computer operating systems software and communication system software. Designs, tests, and maintains personal computer systems. Responsible for analyzing and solving personal computer-related problems. Responsible for security, integrity, and reliability of personal computer systems. Locations may vary; multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations may be available.
Performance shall include:
Testing and integration of new hardware, systems, and modifications to existing equipment and systems
Performing research/investigations, analysis, design, testing, and installation of supported hardware and software
Scheduling installation of new hardware and software and modifications to existing systems
Monitoring performance of hardware and its capacity in all assigned locations
Recommending and implementing enhancements to existing hardware and systems
7 - 9 years related experience
Level I-SAP Experience desired Level II-SAP Experience required Level III-2+ years of SAP Experience required
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years)
Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 within 6 months of the date of hire
Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server
Manager level will need to have the willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
Some levels will need to have the eligibility to access Special Access Program Information
