Candidate will have prior experience managing operations and/or technical collection efforts. Candidate will work with other program members to coordinate with community partners and their respective technical elements, maintain project documentation, plan activities and engage with various sponsor operations elements. The candidate will be part of a diverse team of technical and operational experts working to meet both quick reaction and strategic changes in order to meet customer objectives.
Required and Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Prior IC experience in operations
Ability to develop CONOPS and requirements
Excellent written communications skills
Ability and willingness to support travel both domestic and internationally
Prior experience with supporting technical operations
Prior experience working in the IC as a SOO
