Responsible for performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control of all Tech Control Circuit Activations, deactivations, & Installations of GIG/DODIN and local Non-GIG circuits. Must ensure all installations are compliant with DISA regulation as well as BICSI regulation. Must ensure all DISA required paperwork is accurate/complete and present in Circuit History folders. QA/QC Lead will be responsible for coordinating space & power requirements for all equipment being installed in the Tech Control facilities. Will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and other outside agencies with regard to deployment schedules, access into the SCIF’s, & equipment delivery in Pentagon RDF.

Develop, implement, and manage the processes and procedures for installing, de-installing, and documenting all systems, circuits and equipment within the TCF supported facilities. Ensures all documentation is provided for all equipment, circuit profiles. Ensures that all industry standards and local procedures are followed as per Local SOP for installation standards and details. Ensure equipment, cables, patch bays, or other circuit access points are labeled appropriately. Coordinates the installation of government circuits with the Defense Information Systems Agency, local users, and associated commercial vendors. Ensures that equipment is traceable to a Point of Contact (POC). Must have the ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to pay attention to details and documentation, strong organizational skills. May be required to perform other duties assigned by Circuit Actions Manager or TCF Site Lead.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret SCI Eligibility

  • Unique/Additional Military Circuit Actions or cable installation experience is preferred.

  • 10+ years related experience.

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently within a Team Concept

  • Ability to multitask in a stressful environment

Desired Skills:

  • Must be well versed in rules, regulations, and standards prescribed in DISA circulars.
