Production Team Lead is in charge of leading and overseeing the efforts of a production team, ensuring projects are carried out in adherence to its goals and timelines.
You will set guidelines and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with internal and external parties, and assess the performance of team members.
You will monitor the progress of operations and address issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
Requirements: HS/GED and 8+ years of experience. Must be US citizen.
GDIT is working on modernization efforts to provide US Navy ships and aircraft as well as US Coast Guard, and Military Sealift Command ships with advanced combat, weapon, and unmanned systems.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $36.00 - $54.00, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
