Candidate will serve as an interface and information conduit between various government security and human resources organizations for obtaining and passing security and medical certificates for sponsor and partner civilian and military personnel who are selected to serve on assignment and require sponsor access/support. The candidate will also assist with scheduling of partner development program visits to the sponsor for partnership overviews and to facilitate introductions. After an employee accepts the position, the candidate will request personal information and then complete the detailee/assignee information sheet. When certs are received from the partner organization, candidate will provide this paperwork to sponsor for processing, along with providing the sponsor organization where the employee will be working. After the sponsor approves the applicant, the candidate will work with another group to schedule the individual's onboarding processes. As necessary, the candidate will request system access and security briefing from the sponsoring mission center, and request an internal identifier for the new officer. Also as necessary, the candidate will work with partner organization to request background investigations and polygraphs, and schedule special access briefing for partner organization personnel coming to office. If the person is partner organization-briefed for special accesses, pull the person's profile and request security input special accesses into database. 

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems is highly desired. Customer will provide on-the-job training for office-specific processes upon arrival.

The candidate will provide support to a variety of partner organization personnel, civilian and military. The candidate will also assist with scheduling of partner organization development program visits to partnership overviews and facilitate introductions. When security and medical certificates are received from the partner organization, candidate will provide this paperwork to the personnel coordination staff for processing, along with the organization where the employee will be working. Candidate will be the point person interfacing with specific mission partner(s) to oversee onboarding of mission partner personnel to sponsor systems. Responsible for managing the office workflow and responsible for the successful completion of all tasks. The POC for setting up meetings, appointments, and coordinating activities with mission partners; ensure personnel packages move through onboarding process in a timely and efficient manner. AA will be responsible for researching and retrieving information necessary to generate and update reports that support the onboarding, accountability, and off-boarding processes; create/update personnel status reports and weekly/monthly metrics; and assist with the development of enterprise database systems. Candidate will conduct monthly status reviews with the executive staff on the progress of partner personnel going through suitability review processing. The AA will be expected to manage the field administrator process for partner personnel requiring access to sponsor spaces, the sponsor system and the clearance necessary. Gather personal and other information from position applicants and partner with other organizations to obtain security and medical certificates for partner civilian and military personnel selected to serve an assignment with government tours at local facilities, mission element-directed assignments, partner liaison officers, sites, and/or deployments or travel requiring sponsor access/support, as well as those partner personnel requiring sponsor access while working from partner sites. Upon receipt of partner security and medical certifications, forward information to partner staff or human resources representatives for further sponsor vetting. As main POC for partner applicants throughout the process; ensure the completion of the information questionnaire; keep applicant informed, answer questions and provide updates of applicant processing.

Candidate will keep accurate and timely records, using automation and/or seeking up to date processes, procedures and automation improvements. Candidate will provide quarterly PowerPoint summaries of activity including timeliness analysis/metric, etc. Candidate will be required to develop documented standard operating procedures for all related functions and processes. Candidate may be required to cross-train junior admins.

Candidate will work with partner organization security and offices to obtain security and medical certificates for partner civilian and military personnel selected to serve an assignment with other organization tours at sponsor Washington metropolitan area facilities, mission element ­directed assignments at sponsor or partner sites. Candidate will finalize and process sponsor's personnel report documentation for partner deployers. Candidate will draft and process sponsor messages in support of partner personnel deployment travel requirements, to alert sponsor field personnel of traveling selectees. Candidate will maintain up-to-date records of all travel support activities and prepare monthly activity summaries for leadership.
