GDIT has an opportunity for a Senior Technical Editor working with a large line of business within the organization, currently supporting multiple contracts for the Defense Information Service Agency. We are seeking energetic, talented individuals who have a desire to help transform customer requirements supporting the DISA Enterprise Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) contract. As a Sr. Technical Editor, you will support the Program Manager and Configuration Manager by maintaining personnel and other files; prepare correspondence, schedule and coordinate travel.
Assists in the preparation of contract deliverables such as the Monthly Status Report, Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and program Concept of Operations.
Responsible for proofreading and formation of technical documentation to include manuals, policy, artifacts, and training resources.
Perform direct and advisory roles in oversight, planning and implementation of projects and initiatives.
Conduct problem resolution and identify process improvements. Interface as needed at multiple levels of management, providing information and thought leadership in technical areas.
Support: MSR, PDR, CDR, CONOPS, Meeting preparation and other program deliverable compliance.
Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Clearance Requirement and Qualifications:
This position requires an active SECRET clearance.
BA/BS degree preferred, and 8 years' experience.
