Requirements in order to be considered for this Customer Engagement Recruiter opportunity with GDIT:

  • 6 years of recruiting experience without a Bachelor's Degree; 2 years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to work in an office environment once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted in a hybrid (on-site/remote) work arrangement
  • Ability to pivot with a positive attitude when business requirements demand
  • Demonstrated ability to provide terrific customer experiences
  • Demonstrated data-driven examples
  • Current experience with an ATS

Nice-to-have:

  • Workday ATS
  • High-volume recruiting experience
  • Call-center recruiting experience
  • Spanish/Bi-Lingual fluency
