  • Develops Power Platform tools and reports utilizing Power BI and Power Apps. Applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Develops and conducts related tests and certificates of analysis.  Ensures compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process.
  • Ability to design and manage applications that ingest data from multiple platforms for the measurements and reporting of performance within Power BI
  • Ability to take requirement documents and implement PowerApp work flow management systems
  • Work on multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver business applications for customers.
  • Design, develop, and implement creative business applications that drive substantive results.
  • Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to problems like segmentation & retention analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to key decision makers at various management levels
  • Lead the design & development of reporting & analytics solutions to support the business
  • Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data using a variety of tools & techniques
  • Provide project leadership to our internal data engineers and data scientists focused on rapid path from telemetry data to business impact.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Identifies complex potential risks and compliance issues and provides solutions.
  • Develops and implements complex quality assurance strategies and regulations.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience

  • Relevant work experience in product engineering and data analytics
  • Technical aptitude and at least 2 years hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools and technology
  • Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business & engineering teams
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytics problems
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity & working independently
  • A willingness to learn, share, & improve
  • Great written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams in analytics towards measurable business impact
  • Solid understanding of data analytics technologies: SQL Preferred, Power BI
  • Passion for data and the desire to learn & adopt new technologies & analysis methodologies
  • Enjoy discovering & solving problems
