  • Information Assurance Technician (IAT) -or- Information Assurance Manager (IAM) I, II or III
  • Demonstrated experience establishing network information requirements in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale networking infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience designing architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring network systems are compatible and in compliance with DoD STIGS.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, installing, troubleshooting and supporting local area network hardware, software and applications.
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical recommendations to management on network structures/architectures.
  • Demonstrated experience installing and configuring LAN hardware such as switches, wireless access points, routers and firewalls.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting, planning, designing, developing, implementing and providing technical support of DoD network(s) and associated network devices.
  • Demonstrated experience developing documentation as required by Defense Information System Network (DISN) Connection Process Guide.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing network security processes and protocols and performing diagnosis/resolution of complex network issues


  • Cisco Certified Network Professional - Routing & Switching (CCNP-R&S).

Duties and Responsibilities:

The SharePoint Developer will Perform system analysis, design, programming, and technical evaluations for application development in SharePoint using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, MS-Access, and .NET. Duties and responsibilities may include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Design, build, maintain and update dashboards on the latest SharePoint on the NSWCDD DNA Portal and databases tracking and reporting financial, asset data, and Defense Business Systems with Program/Budget Information System-Information Technology (PBIS-IT), Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAV-ITAS), and Department of Defense Information Technology Investment Portal (DITIP).
  • Perform system analysis, design, programming, and technical evaluations for application development in SharePoint using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, MS-Access, and .NET.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain the organization's Fusion Sites, SharePoint Sites, Libraries, Lists, Pages, and SharePoint Designer workflows utilizing SharePoint development tools, which include SharePoint Designer and Microsoft InfoPath.
  • Responsible for management of SharePoint/Fusion permissions, assisting users in leveraging Enterprise Features such as Excel Services, analysis of current business requirements and mapping those requirements to SharePoint Fusion features.
  • Assist with compiling and analyzing data, from authoritative sources (such as Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and Host Based Security System (HBSS)), and develop a SharePoint web enabled monthly Dashboard for NSWCDD DNA leadership review for CS readiness and compliance.
  • Compile and analyze data, and develop a Fusion/ServiceNow/SharePoint web enabled monthly CS Dashboard for NSWCDD DNA leadership review.
