Supports customer logistics and program requirements through the development/submission, analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day acquisition documentation PRs, CDRLs, SOW, BOMs, DMRs and independent cost estimates.
-Assist in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically)
-Verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; and handling and adjusting when required.
-Have an understanding of and ability to utilize Microsoft suite software applications to review/edit/compose reports.
-Execute tasks which include preparation and review of correspondence records documents and other media in support of TDL Lead and other team members.
-Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations for meetings.
-Research and purchase materials from authored vendors in support ongoing waterfront operations.
- Assist with scheduling, estimating and submitting travel authorization request for approval of travel in support of the TDL lead.
-Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
-Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.
-Participates in special projects as required
-Participation in technical meetings and development of meeting minutes or action tracking will be required. In addition to regular minutes/actions the analyst will be expected to provide feedback to both program leadership and technical team members on recommended path forward for compliance with relevant processes.
