  • Candidate will be the focal point for customer service inquiries at the gym front desk as well as via email, and will be the primary POC responsible for scheduling one-on-one appointments for members of the workforce, escorting uncleared service providers, approving/disapproving gym reservations, and ensuring gym equipment and spaces are set up properly for reservations

  • The candidate will interact directly with members of the workforce at all levels and may or may not be aware of their level during face-to-face interactions

  • The candidate must have strong customer service skills and communication skills

  • The candidate should be able to perform duties requiring up to 20Ibs of lifting, as well as be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

  • It is expected that the candidate dress in appropriate attire in line with the gym uniform

  • Candidate will interact with senior special assistants across the organization as well as outside vendors when arranging meetings for the department Chief. Due to the variety and level of interaction, the office requests that the candidate have good verbal and written communication skills--showing a positive, can-do attitude. 


  • HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • The day will begin at 7:45 AM and end no later than 5:30 PM, to be divided between two candidates with emphasis for morning coverage

  • Demonstrated proficiencies in utilizing customer calendars, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Share Drive, HIVE

  • Demonstrated strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are required. Candidate must be flexible and able to support an expanding organization.

  • Experience and ability to work/maneuver within several customer event calendars, website menus/services and content templates as well as the customer infrastructure. This position requires working with several customer interfaces and tools and processing different types of requests at all levels. 

  • Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
