GDIT Technology Shared Services (TSS) is looking for a Senior Conversational AI Specialist and AI Specialist that will leverage the full capabilities of AI for delivering insightful and personalized experiences for customers and team members, drive greater operational efficiency, increase revenue, and manage risk. One of the major focus areas for the AI team is to deliver Chatbots and Virtual Assistants serving customers through multiple channels and across all lines of business. This role is responsible for building and leading the Conversational AI initiative within GDIT’s Technology Shared Services team. This individual will contribute to the setting of standards, principles and patterns for how we do conversational design. This role will partner closely with other identified stakeholders, providing input on functionality and capabilities in the platform(s) to be successful. The likely salary range for this position is $65,714 - $109,742. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
