General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Mission Relay Schedule & Data Analyst who holds TS/SCI active clearance at Beale Air Force Base, in California.
Employee will liaison with various CONUS and OCONUS operational, test and exercise ISR mission relay users to obtain schedule requests then assist in sequencing and de-conflicting these events.
Advises conflicted users and assists them with priority determinations and work around solutions.
Creates and publishes a viable, prioritized global schedule that permits each user to have maximum access to the relay networks.
Submits the deconflicted schedule in the scheduling system to relay providers.
Obtains and disseminates the approved relay schedule to the global user community. Assists government authorities and relay users with future usage planning.
Tracks and documents relay usage statistics in an Excel database. Periodically creates, publishes and briefs official usage reports.
Serves as an on call weekend duty officer every third weekend.
Required education, certifications and experience:
Baccalaureate required. Prefer STEM, Operational Analysis or Computer Science majors. Work experience and certification, especially in network planning, construction and management acceptable in lieu of a baccalaureate
Active current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required to apply
Minimum eight years’ experience as a frontline U-2 Reconnaissance Systems Officer or Pilot, or an RQ-4 Mission Planner or Pilot or other mission partner equivalent positions specializing in mission scheduling and/or mission planning. Highly experienced ISR maintenance schedulers and DCGS high altitude Intelligence officers may be considered.
Extensive knowledge of USAF ISR line of sight (LOS) and beyond line of sight (BLOS) data links, ISR ground stations, and transport architectures required.
Multi-COCOM deployment experience required.
Operational experience with the USAF Distributed Common Ground System community.
