GDIT is looking for a candidate to be part of the Integration and Performance Testing Team in support of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Firebird Infrastructure Technology Services (FITS) program. The person will be responsible Integrating, Documenting and Testing COTS and GOTS applications using integration tools and release management systems and practices. Specific responsibilities include integrating client and server applications into Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) as deployable packages and providing both IV&V and PPT testing of those applications for acceptance and deployment. Candidate must possess excellent oral and writing skills as well as be an effective communicator within a team atmosphere.
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s in Information Technology, System Engineering, or Computer Science
Minimum 1-3 years of systems administration or systems support experience required with hands on experience administrating and supporting IT systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows Operating System including Windows 10 and Server 2012-2019.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Java, Adobe products and other client side applications.
Understanding of basic principles and configuration of Active Directory Users and Computers as well as Group Policy Management.
Experience with performing troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans.
Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) a huge plus.
