Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office group or customer.
Core hours 10am-2pm. Primary responsibilities is to facilitate the Onboarding and Offboarding process of incoming and departing employees. This will require proficiency in the Sponsor Access Request System to ensure the proper accesses are submitted. Schedule meetings and maintain Department Calendar and those of the Front Office managers. Required to coordinate the infrequent presence of visitors from OGAs to the Department's office. The AA will answer incoming phone calls to the department from other components customers, and visitors. Manage the department's inbox, to include preparing and formatting any official correspondence following the appropriate routing. Order supplies and submit tickets for equipment repair. Will maintain and administer a SharePoint database containing all customer requirements currently assigned to the Department. Assist with travel arrangements and prepare/ process vouchers. Will need to be familiar with, or be able to quickly become familiar with the Sponsor training system to assist, when needed, in the registration of training courses.
