GDIT is seeking an experienced Management Analyst with exceptional analytical, communication, and program management skills to support a variety of technology-based public health initiatives within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Expertise in organizational change management, implementation, and integration of technologies, coaching and training procedures, and development of innovative strategies and solutions are essential. Other responsibilities include: analyzing organizational procedures, writing reports on findings, guiding program leadership and stakeholders through necessary changes, and implementing and managing alternative strategies.
This role is located in Atlanta.
Staff/Team management as needed
Identifying and addressing challenges
Collecting and interpreting relevant information and data related to program performance
Recommending proactive actions to mitigate risk
Advising and guiding and facilitation of interactions between program management and stakeholders as needed
Recommend new methods, systems, procedures, or organizational changes that build upon existing platforms, systems, and capacities.
Learn about the clients operational challenges and technologies to better understand their needs;
Develop and carry out communications/presentations (PowerPoint, etc.) to the companys senior stakeholders, company staff, and internal and external project teams
Development of written reports and other written communications that provide evidence-based recommendations or conclusions based on reasoned logic
Discuss, provide feedback, and follow up with management to make sure the recommendations for changes are working
Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules, milestones, and resources to meet the project objectives and produce deliverables
Identify areas of improvement from a functional structure, organizational structure, value streams and business process perspectives, and any other related areas
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of proven management experience in a related field or a Masters +3 years
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in both government and the health setting
Proven analytical skills and experience working in a large and complex organization undertaking similar projects
Strong skills in focus group facilitation, workshop and brainstorming session planning and facilitation
Ability to work with multiple business stakeholders and elicit required response
Strong business documentation preparation skills
Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be considered an asset
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
