GDIT is seeking an Administrative Assistant in support of Military Health programs in San Diego, CA. GDIT provides support services to a broad array of military agencies providing clinical care and research support to the Military Health System under the Defense Health Agency. The Administrative Assistant provides key administrative support to support this mission, to include the following duties:
Support logistic and administrative tasks as needed to ensure that the department can successfully meet its mission, subject to final GS or military approval.
Provide technical and editorial support and assist with oversight of all correspondence, logistics, facilities and filing, subject to final GS or military approval.
Provide research and general administrative support to prepare and edit routine correspondence and perform routine and specialized administrative duties. Correspondence shall be processed by GS or military personnel.
1+ years of experience administrative assistant support
U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret clearance
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Experience working with military
Experience completing online forms
Excellent time management
Ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to track tasks and ensure completion
