Responsibilities include contributing to Bill of Materials (BOM) and detailed Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) services in support of the Secure Teleconferencing Equipment (SVTC) technical refresh. Prepare systems for Operations and Maintenance (O&M). Contribute to design, installation, and removal for all current and future video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and custom conference rooms (VTC and/or audio-visual) located in secure facilities worldwide. Ensure delivery of fully integrated and operational VTC system.
Significant changes in system design and configuration are anticipated for SVTC upgrades, to include changes in the hardware and software required to support these systems. These upgrades can be expected to result in significant changes in the system design and configuration. Maintaining technical proficiency and required certifications to perform work on new systems is required.
