Our work depends on a Quality Assurance Analyst joining our team to support CMS activities in a MD location.
At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Quality Assurance Analyst supporting CMS, you will be trusted to develop and track quality metrics and reports, identify areas for improvement; and provide feedback to managers and task leads.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identification of appropriate quality measurements and validations.
Monitoring adherence to established processes and contractual requirements.
Presenting audit findings to program leadership, task managers and employees.
Establishing reports and tracking tools.
Developing recommendations for process improvement.
Investigating quality lapses identified by staff, customers or other stakeholders, performing root cause analysis to identify areas of potential weakness.
Training staff on appropriate use of quality control tools, metrics and documentation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in project or quality management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of experience working within Agile teams
Health Care Industry or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience
Experience using process automation tools
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint to manage workflows and document libraries
Experience conducting process audits
Effective in interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including data scientists, managers, IT professionals, writers, editors and administrative staff.

The likely salary range for this position is $52,000 - $78,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
