The resource will support the offices senior leadership team with web-based procurement requests, customer travel and expense database entries, a working knowledge of the office in order to answer customer inquiries, entering leads for new works into tracking database, visitors request, calendar request, and other administrative support items. The work is a mixture of transactional (75%) to dynamic (25%) working behind the scenes and with various customers for calendar requests or basic communications. The role will have some autonomy with discretion although ultimate authority rests with executive leadership. The office is a mid-paced environment with flexible schedules with core hours of 0900-1500 with 1860 hours annually. Light office activities that shouldnt cause the individual to be on their feet for too long, nor lift heavy items within reason. No expectation of travel or use of the resources personally owned vehicle. Strong customer service skills, ability to establish effective partnerships & being the first contact in the office for visitors. Expected to employ politically savvy attributes. Ability to respond to staff needs and customer questions/inquiries. Work independently to arrange calendar/meeting in coordination for the senior leadership. Actively scheduling for 3 managers. Provide & maintain conference room scheduling for staff.
