Responsibilities Include:

  • Plans, coordinates, and executes training.
  • Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training. 
  • Provides technical expertise to meet GAP strategic objectives.
  • Must have the ability to understand, visualize, communicate, and assess key decisions, risks, and critical intelligence and information requirements in support of training.
  • Gathers observations based and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs). 
  • Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs

Required qualifications include:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 15+ years of experience
  • Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs. 
  • Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Must have an active Top Secret security clearance and able to obtain a TS/SCI

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Masters Degree from an accredited University.

Experience in the Military and/or DoD Intelligence communities. 

This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021 or the start date, if after December 8.
