Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
Provides technical expertise to meet GAP strategic objectives.
Must have the ability to understand, visualize, communicate, and assess key decisions, risks, and critical intelligence and information requirements in support of training.
Gathers observations based and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).
Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs
Required qualifications include:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 15+ years of experience
Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs.
Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
Must have an active Top Secret security clearance and able to obtain a TS/SCI
Preferred qualifications include:
Masters Degree from an accredited University.
Experience in the Military and/or DoD Intelligence communities.
